GENERAL CONDITIONS
- The participation fee includes the professional accompaniment rate and the guide's RCT policy. The costs of the excursions are inclusive of VAT and a regular tax document will be issued at the end of the activities.
- Participants are covered by personal accident insurance. In order to activate the insurance it will be necessary to provide name, surname, tax code, place and date of birth, no later than 12:00 on the day before the excursion. Reservations made after this time will not be able to use this option.
- The payment of the participation fee must be made at the meeting place, before the start of the excursion. Should the activities be canceled within the first hour of the event, the entire participation fee will be refunded.
- Groups are made up of up to a maximum of 10 people, with the exception of large families.
- The transfer to the meeting point is the responsibility of the participants. If you do not have your own vehicle, it is possible to organize the transfer with one of the partners of Faggio in Viaggio, making a request at the time of booking.
- Lunch is at the expense of each participant.
It is possible to request during the booking phase, the possibility to taste typical specialties of the place of the exit. The offer and the relative cost may vary according to the place, the period and the eating habits of the group. Participation is optional and is not included in the agreed rate.
- The programs and itineraries may be subject to variations and cancellations at the sole discretion of the Guide, due to the weather, due to force majeure or the safety of the group.
RESPONSIBILITY OF THE GUIDE
- The responsibility of the Guide begins at the start of the excursion and ends at its conclusion.
- The Guide is solely responsible for the conduct and safety of the group.
RULES FOR COMPOERTING PARTICIPANTS
- Presenting yourself with a psychophysical condition, clothing and equipment suitable for the excursion and the season: not having the minimum technical equipment required, or presenting in inadequate psychophysical conditions can lead to exclusion from the activity, even at the place of departure.
- Inform the Guide about any possible problem relating to your state of health (heart disease, allergies, physical disabilities, pacemakers ...) and your psychophysical conditions. In case of doubts, consult the Guide before the activity, or during the performance of the same, should any problems arise.
- Respect the departure time and the established program, adapting to any changes made by the Guide.
- Maintain appropriate behavior during the excursion, respecting people, private properties and complying with the instructions given by the Guide.
- Follow the established path without leaving the group, without passing the Guide or without lingering along the path.
- Collaborate with the Guide for the success of the initiative, as well as be in solidarity with its decisions, especially in the event of unforeseen events and / or difficulties (environmental conditions, of the participants ...) and inform it of any problem that should emerge during the excursion, in particular with regard to their psychophysical conditions and equipment.
- Always carry any type of rubbish in your backpack.
- Show respect for Nature: it is categorically forbidden to collect and / or remove any element that composes it (flowers, plants, herbs, minerals, etc.), and in any case to comply with the directives of the Guide.
- Maintain a respectful behavior of the group, avoiding or limiting the use of the mobile phone while carrying out the activity (turning off the ringer). In case of need, the interested party is asked to leave the group after promptly communicating to the Guide, while remaining in sight of the same. If participants wish to produce video footage, selfies and / or photographs with their mobile phones, they must pay - with the utmost attention - all the indications and suggestions given by the same Guide before the excursion begins.
- Each participant is personally responsible for any conduct that is risky for himself and for others, particularly if he should take personal initiatives despite the contrary opinion of the Guide.
DOGS
Participants wishing to be accompanied by their dog have the obligation , at the time of booking, to communicate the presence of the animal to the Guide, to assess the suitability and how to participate. It will be at the discretion of the Guide to confirm whether or not a single dog or several dogs are eligible to participate at the same time, also on the basis of size, sex, character, and type of excursion.
Pets in heat or those who have finished this period in the two weeks prior to the excursion will not be allowed.
The accompanying dog must be docile and easily controlled; the participant must have the means of conducting and controlling the animal necessary to guarantee its correct participation (leash and / or muzzle or similar). It will be the participant's responsibility to make sure that their dog does not cause damage or disturbance to things, people or animals, that it does not damage the flora, private property, or other hikers.
The responsibility relating to the conduct of the dog and any problems connected to it, is the sole responsibility of the participant.
Failure to communicate the dog's participation or failure to comply with the provisions to control it, may provide for the participant's exclusion from the excursion, even at the time of departure.
PHOTOGRAPHS AND VIDEO SHOOTING
- During the excursion, photographic shots and / or video recordings will be taken which may appear on public domain sites and which may be used by Faggio in Viaggio for promotional purposes concerning the activity itself.
Participation in the excursion implies the authorization to publish the aforementioned material.
MANDATORY EQUIPMENT
- Trekking boots / shoes in good condition of sole and upper;
- packed lunch and comfort items;
- personal supply of water of at least 1.5 liters.
RECOMMENDED EQUIPMENT
- "Layered" clothing;
- long hiking pants;
- waterproof jacket and / or rain cape;

- sunglasses;
- sunscreen;
- comfortable backpack in good condition;
